This position may require 10% travel. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 15+ years of Information Technology experience 12+ years of development experience with Java, Springboot, RESTFul WebServices/Microservices Hands on experience in latest Java Features (lambdas, collections, streams), SQL Queries, Async Calls, Troubleshooting logs, Performance fine tuning, Jenkins/CICD processes. Experience in design / development of Springboot, RESTFul API, Microservices Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Preferred Qualifications: Good hands on experience in design and development of Java RESTful API microservices for enterprise web applications. eCommerce / OSS-BSS domain knowledge is a plus. JUnit/Sonar or any related unit testing / code quality / coverage tools hands-on usage Worked on Apache Kafka messaging frameworks Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams viz., technical, business and management teams At least 7-9 years of experience in Lead role, experience with managing team size of 5-15 would be a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Extensive experience working with DevOps engineers to build and deploy infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies. Extensive Understanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision. Experience with programming languages (Python, Java) Experience with building APIs and services using prevailing design models (REST, SOAP). Experience with scripting languages (Perl, ). Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Experience with infrastructure automation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with build automation technologies (Bitbucket, Jenkins). Experience with software security principles and patterns. Strong understanding of AWS. Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
