FTE Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive test data strategy, solutions and planning. Monitor and report progress on regular cadence, align deliverables addressing use cases identified and escalate to leadership as needed. - Ensure test data readiness and accuracy. - Onsite support for testing operations. - Implement data privacy measures. - Collaborate with teams to address issues. - Manage data refresh and versioning. - Mentor and support team members. - Identify process enhancements. - Maintain data documentation. Requirements MUST HAVE: Provisioning of test data into multiple environments Data masking Data refresh Highly preferred: hands-on experience in Python, Spark, or similar tools.
