Therefor we are required to keep up with our defense in various segments. This requires for us to engage in multiple projects in various domains of security. Cyber Security teams need to work together with multiple teams and this requires heavy coordination and tracking the progress/updates. Job Description Candidate should be a skilled project management professional who will be able to manage multiple projects within cyber security teams. Project coordinator should be able to manage all the projects simultaneously. Preferable candidate should have experience with Cyber security projects. Candidate is expected to work with multiple downstream system owners from identity management system to identify data consistency issues and remediate the issues. Begin resource (group) identification and establish a series of meetings to discuss, plan and execute the required Software/ Product upgrades Determine timeline, obtain resources, and complete the upgrade as per project timelines. Completing and planning assignments and coordinating assigned roll-out and go-live activities. Assist business with contingency planning. Assist business with defining issue resolution processes and planning other support needed. Submit weekly progress to Project Manager. Track and compile project and program metrics. Maintain project and program documents. Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations. Complete weekly time reporting in the client tool. Assist and document cutover activities. Following Change Management processes and procedures. Other project activities as directed by the project or program manager. Works collaboratively with all stakeholders, project management, and development team.
