Please check the below job description and let me know if you have any suitable candidate for the same: Job Description - Title : Network Security Engineer Location: Onsite-Sunnyvale, CA (On-site) Duration:5 Months MOI: Phone then Video KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Current CompTIA A+ certification Current ITIL certification Troubleshooting Familiarity with IT Service Management systems (Incident/Problem Management, Request Fulfilment, Knowledgebase Management, Asset Management, and IT Service Catalogs) Proficiency in computer, business, and/or telecommunications operations (network operating systems and software products; principles and practices of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) Basic proficiency in network/data security Software/hardware installation, maintenance, support, and repair Customer service The following qualifications are preferred, but not required: Public sector employment/internship experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, configure, and set up client devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones), client device software, and peripherals. Perform equipment and system setup, including necessary interconnections and performance monitoring. Respond to incoming incidents and requests in a timely and pleasant manner. Provide technical support and customer service assistance either in person, online, or over the telephone. Escalate incidents to higher-level support personnel, when appropriate. Maintain and update ITSM knowledge base. Maintain and update asset management inventory. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on client devices (e.g., printers, file systems, and telephones). Help users identify the appropriate equipment/system(s) for purchase or upgrade. Collaborate with fellow Network Engineers and System Administrators in troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computing and LAN/WAN issues. Collaborate with Programmer Analysts and Project Coordinators in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and reporting department-specific/enterprise-wide application issues. Assist in auditing IT services and equipment for reporting purposes. Provide Citywide system alerts, outages, or maintenance notices as needed.
