Job Description

IBM Cloudpak IBM App Connect Enterprise (6-8 YEARS)

- Design, development, production support of Message flows on IIB 9 or later

- Websphere MQ

- XPATH, JAVA, SQL, XML, JSON Skills

- Adapters, patterns, ESQL, DFDL, XSLT

- SOAP, JSON, REST, JMS

- System Integration, technical sizing, high availability concepts

- IIB administration & troubleshooting memory and CPU issues

- Transformation tools like WTX

- Cobol Copybook concepts and mapping from XML to COBOL

- Unit Testing, Integration testing and System testing skills

- Networking concepts and integration with AWS concepts like VPC, NLB, etc

- Cloudwatch integration

General Skills (required for everyone, 6 8 years experience):

- Knowledge of XML, JSON, SOAP, TLS, AAA concepts, Load Balancing Concepts, Queuing, Synchronous vs Asynchronous modes of communication, Streaming

- CI/CD concepts + Automation skills

- Unit Testing, Performance Testing

- Tools like SOAPUI, LOADUI, PostMan

- Ability to set up POCs and Pilots quickly

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker Containers

- VMware concepts like OVAs

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Source Control tools like github.

- Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure + code related issues.

- RedHat OpenShift Concepts & Troubleshooting skills

- Production Support experience with the above.

- Ability to set up and work with non AWS technologies like IBM Cloudpak & IBM APIC.
