Hi All, Location: NYC Duration : 3-6 Months Onsite position Interview Process: 2 Video Rounds C2C is fine 15+ years of experience in the EPM domain with advisory and implementation of EPM products like Anaplan, Oracle EPM (Hyperion, Cloud), etc. Experience in designing best-in-class Anaplan solutions that meet the tailored needs of our clients. Architecting and leading the end-to-end design of an Anaplan Model Design of data sources, integration layers, the underlying Anaplan model architecture, and the user interface, and the ability to coach and train others along the way Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting (on-prem + Cloud) Sound knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning applications like Revenue, Expenses, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and cash flow Planning, Driver / Trend based & direct entry, Geography-wise, customer-wise budget dashboards, Scenario Comparison, Indirect Cash flow, Rolling forecast Experience in Workforce planning like Position-based Compensation Planning, Benefit rates across geos, Headcount planning, employee Transfer, Contingent vs temp vs regular Employee Good exposure to Capital Expenditure planning and Asset Budgeting Good in Managing applications through EPM Automate Experience with automation scripts (EPM Automate), Rest APIs, Groovy scripting etc Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers. Well-versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly. Good documentation and presentation skills. Must be capable of creating collaterals and presentations.
