NO REMOTE) Experience: 10+ yrs. Duration: 12 months Detail Job Description Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules. Analyzes user requirements and current procedures in order to design and develop new automated process workflows, catalogs within the ServiceNow environment. Excellent/Hands on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, business rules, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps. Implementation of Service Now for ITSM, Discovery, integrations Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implantation of Software solutions. Build Workflows and write automated scripts. Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. Good knowledge on ServiceNow ATFs and agile methodologies Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation. Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications. Design and develop ServiceNow modules in support of SLA and reporting requirements. Work with process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow modules. Owns oversight for all development activities to ensure best practices are being followed. Researches new capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to recommend and implement solutions to meet business requirements. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate.
