Job Title :: Senior Developer / Tech Lead (Main skillset Java/J2EE, Microservice, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle) Location :: *Onsite Day 1: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in office weekly) Job Summary: Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implement effective solutions. Experience with Java/J2EE, SOA Webservices, REST and Services Oriented Architecture. Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration. Working knowledge of Databases including Design, SQL proficiency and performance tunings. Must have experience with CI/CD pipeline, Maven and GIT Must have experience with Performance tunings tools like Jprofiler Must have experience with Linux platform. Knowledge of Rest API development and integration. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team. Proven ability to build, manage and foster in a team-oriented environment. Should be hands-on for this position Experience: 12+ years Required Skills: Java/J2EE, Microservices, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle database Nice to have skills: Spring Boot, Kafka, Control-M Roles & Responsibilities: Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Keeps Delivery Partner well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between customer and Client Partner. Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library. Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project. Communicates and enforces coding standards Demonstrate engineering best practices CI, CD and Code quality tools. Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques. Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
