Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy and DFS Understand and able to utilize scripting technologies such as Power, Python, Bash/Korn, and any other scripting languages. Experience with AWS/Azure/VMware Cloud platforms. Experience with monitoring tools and requirements for servers. Basic knowledge of network theory, design and architecture Familiarity of one automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, VMware Aria, Runbooks, ServiceNow, etc. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or other IT/IS related major Ability to work effectively across time zones and geography Understanding of WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS Knowledge of remote support concepts and tools Operations experience Must be able to lift 50lbs Keywords: information technology Texas
