Position: Workday HCM Technical Consultant (HYBRID) Location: Greater Houston, TX (3 Days Onsite & 2 Days Remote) Duration: 6 months Note: We would consider a candidate willing to relocate if they have previously relocated for their last position or have an existing connection (i.e. residence, family, worked in Houston before). Job Description: Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR, to gather requirements and translate them into effective benefits connectors configurations within Workday Provide expertise in Workday business processes, data structure, and security configuration to ensure system integrity and compliance Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting and system functionality Provide ongoing support post-integration Ability to train a team on integrations and help them learn and develop long term Requirements: Minimum 3 years working directly with Workday HCM, with in-depth knowledge of the Workday Benefits module Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices Proficiency in WECI, PECI, EIBs, and Workday Studio Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments, within an HRIS team, and with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Functional knowledge of the Workday Benefits module to complement technical ability If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
