Experience in customization of various protocol adapters such as HTTPS, SFTP, Connect Direct Assist to integrate Enterprise MFT with other software platforms throughout the organization. Assist with development of documentation for current and new MFT solution best practices, policies, and procedures for system installation, deployment, and operation. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members. Provides rotational on-call support. Must have Skillset: Linux background with Strong understanding of SFG or Connect Direct along with SFTP/FTPS transmission protocols required. Strong knowledge on Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP) and Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS) Strong working knowledge of transmissions protocols (SSH , CD , AS2 etc ) .
