Need Local Candidates Role: DHHS - Business Analyst 4 - Functional BA Location: Hybrid(MI) State of Michigan DHHS Business Analyst 4 Functional BA Overview Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Familiar with business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, able to map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the target system. Risk identification, financial analysis such as ROI. Ability to write clear business requirements using SMART metrics, prepare and document Functional and Technical specifications for the upcoming Reconciliation project and others in the pipeline. Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.
