Innovate ideas to gather requirements. People skills excellent communication skills / liaison with business professionals and IT teams Hosting workshops Work on projects, involved in longer term engagements. Work on a team with a Project Manager leading it. Occasionally if its small, or cant get a project manager, may ask the BSA to take on some of those responsibilities like tracking work, tasks, and workload planning for the project. ESSENTIALS: People skills excellent communication skills Ability to communicate with the program groups to understand their business and communicate those to the technical team liaison between technical teams and business groups. Testing experience BSAs really drive that. PM and Salesforce experience would be nice to have. Flexibility okay with it being a growing team and not all processes/technologies set in stone yet. Projects are delivered more in an Agile methodology, not necessarily a clean scrub environment. Trying to move away from the waterfall methodology. Experience with AGILE would be helpful, almost required. More into a delivery model. Ability to talk/build relationships. Relationship building is very important in this role. High level of financial software, understand the business process and can document. PREFERENCES: Experience with Financial Accounting software Experience working directly with Financial Accounting functional teams. Experience with Test Automation software Experience with project management ERP / Accounting software experience to understand the language & needs of FinOps Business partners.
