This is a new application, thats all technology they might use in the application in the future. Position Overview: This architect will be one of the first individuals on a new team in the specialty drug space. They will be building out a new care model product for a new interface that will enable members to have a more seamless experience. The ideal (not required) candidate has experience in the PBM, healthcare, EMR/EHR, or pharmacy space and understands these standards (FHIR, HL7, etc..). They will need to have worked with modern application design and development. Tech stack multi-cloud Java, react Project Overview: SaaS being moved, and starting to build new Apps. Future: Building out a rules-based platform. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred 12+ years of work experience in IT, including 5 years in software development or application architecture Experience defining a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, application rebuild, build vs. buy analysis, integrating COTS software packages, Software as a Service or Platform as a Service as components of the solution Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments Direct experience with Agile Lean Architecture Strong collaborator with business and technical colleagues, adept at building rapport Additional Qualifications/years of experience: 7+ years of service-oriented solution architecture experience working with Applications, Data, Services and API initiatives Experience as a Solution Architecture, Application Architecture and Architecture Patterns Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages; Event Driven Architecture and Mesh Architecture Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and/or Health Care domain Experience working with big data and analytics.
