[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Network SDWAN Engineer - - $50/hr on C2C 6-12 Months Contract Onsite role- NYC, NY - Local Candidate Candidate must be local to NYC and will be working from Park evenue, NY Responsibilities Contribute to the stability and evolution of network Perform duties/tasks specifically related to Cisco SD-WAN, ISE and DNA with a focus troubleshooting Work with MSP to resolve issues that have been escalated Collaborate with Technical SMEs and vendor relations Create and/or maintain standards documentation, design documentation/templates/ topology diagrams and workflow documents Responsible for the administration, integrations and tuning of the enterprise data network routers, switches, APs and firewalls for LAN and WAN systems Work with architect to deploy roadmaps Able to manage multiple projects at one time Serve as tier 2 support Document designs, runbooks, and processes Work with remote staff or outside vendors on tasks for troubleshooting data network issues Monitor the network Manage system/hardware life-cycle, updates/refreshes, and schedule preventative maintenance Able to work with cross function engineers, support, MSP and vendors Employees may also perform other duties as assigned Travel to PJT sites for implementations when needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent work experience Two or more years working on Cisco technologies Palo Alto experience a must Cisco certification a Must Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Experience with Cisco switches and ACLs Able to work projects in Agile Good written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment Knowledge of network management tools to facilitate troubleshooting, (i.e. Wireshark, Netbrain, Extrahop, etc.) a plus Experience with Microsoft Visio building network diagrams a MUST Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Demonstrated results orientation with attention to detail Thanks again.
