Position: PeopleSoft Time and Labor Consultant(100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3 Months VISA- USC/GC & H1B Job Description: This statement of work outlines the ongoing PeopleSoft Time and Labor support services to be provided by consultant for our HR Application Services team. The consultant will serve as an extension of the client's team to maintain and support the Time and Labor module, Leave Accrual reconciliation, and respond to break-fix issues on an as-needed basis. Scope of Services Monitor jobs and processes related to Time and Labor that are currently supported by our team. Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or issues as defined by TL Business Analyst or Supervisor. Test and apply Time and Labor patches and fixes as needed to resolve issues. Respond to break-fix issues related to Time and Labor and assist with monitoring our ticketing system. Modify configurations, reports, queries, or workflows as needed to resolve issues. Knowledge transfer services for new hire or replacement. Provide feedback on Time and Labor optimization and best practices. Develop and document workarounds for any system limitations or defects. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures while in support of the PeopleSoft Time and Labor module. Deliverables Perform SQL updates and inserts to reconcile the timesheets comp leave table balances to the leave accrual system of record balances every bi-weekly on-cycle and off-cycle pay processing.
