Title - EDI Consultant Location - Remote Duration - Long term No H1B Job Description Implementation of EDI interfaces with our trading Partners. Leverages EDI knowledge and best practices to develop EDI Processes with full use of Gentran Server for Windows. Full Cycle EDI testing of Installed Interfaces within EDI and Oracle Applications ERP systems. Install electronic transaction interfaces with customers, suppliers, and 3rd party business partners like SPS and Opentext. Monitoring of newly installed EDI processes. Timely completion of tasks within the development Windows defined. Successfully Complete testing on new processes. Issue free EDI processes after Go Live. Hands off process with monitoring during the Go Live window. KEY OUTPUT/TASK TWO: 5% EDI Data Communications system analyst Monitor EDI communication system, Lansa Integrator AS2, and data flow and respond to interruptions. Leverage knowledge of AS2, VAN and SFTP communication channels to Monitor EDI communication system and data flows and to troubleshoot and maintain systems. Work with trading partners to implement new setups. Successful and trouble-free Data transmissions. Demonstrate the ability to get job done when no answers in sight. KEY OUTPUT/TASK Three: 5% Special Projects and tasks Assists manager on new projects. Performs other duties as assigned. Adhere to Company Power of One concepts Being versatile to switch between tasks Excellent Team player who is respectful of team members and other in the workplace Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field. 5 Years minimum of EDI experience working within Gentran Server for Windows environment Experience with AS2, VAN, SFTP communication topics and setups Familiar with Oracle SQL queries via SQL Developer. Familiar with Oracle Application and how to interface between EDI, Oracle Applications and AS2 systems.
