Advanced experience and knowledge of IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platforms, and governance. 2. MICROSOFT AZURE 3. CLOUD DESIGN ARCHITECTURE Be a trusted advisor on the development and implementation of Microsoft Azure cloud-based solutions, with a focus on private cloud environments. Provide strategic insights for cloud cost management, helping the company optimize its cloud usage and reduce expenditures. Design and assist in the implementation of a Portfolio cost allocation model for Saas, Paas, and Iaas solutions. Create strategic roadmaps to guide the migration, creation, or redesign of applications and services in Azure, including private cloud environments. Facilitate strategic discussions with internal stakeholders to define or design cloud solution architectures. Ensure solutions comply with security and compliance standards, particularly within private cloud environments. Mentor team members on Azure Integration capabilities. Private Cloud Identify requirements Determine criteria for hosting on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud Identify costs, benefits, and risks of each platform Identify private cloud solution Perform analysis of private cloud solutions Identify costs, strengths, weaknesses, and risks Prioritize and weight features and requirement Create scorecard and make recommendation for pilot Do PoC of recommended private cloud solution (probably will be done in 2024) Move an application to the private cloud Cost Allocation Understand the client process to allocate costs Create a strategy to allocate cloud costs with client Determine an efficient manner to capture cloud costs (including Saas) Get buy-in by all stakeholders Create an implementation plan that supports clients present process Thanks & Regards Ashvani Tyagi IDC Technologies Inc.
