Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on the APM and PPM suites. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, scripting, and integrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in APM and/or PPM is a significant advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in remote work and collaboration within a virtual team environment.
