Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension/hire We need extensive knowledge in Power BI(mentioned premium features experience is needed) and the SSRS SSIS SSAS is a must have Manager Note: they are really want someone with strong in SSAS, SSIS, PowerBI. they will be on the Finance BPM project and biggest deliverable will be building a tabular model that includes data such as sales, revenue, profitability & forecasted budget. so working with finance models / teams is a bigggg plus Looking for: 6-10+ years of experience within PowerBI Lead experience - must be able to come in and take on a lead role & lead conversations with the business/stakeholders SSRS/SSIS/SSAS experience Experience with Power BI Premium features - patching, bookmarking, filters Background in SQL queries -- mid-level experience with writing them Experience creating data models, reports and dashboards Must be able to speak on experience and give specific examples with Power BI Data modeling/data warehousing background PLUSSES: SAP Business Objectives Functional analytics Supply Chain ERP system (N4M3) DAY TO DAY: A client is seeking a BI Analyst to join their Data Governance and Analytics team. This is a smaller team of about 4 people that mainly focus on Data Governance, analytics, requirements gathering from stake holders and creating reports/dashboards. This candidate should have a strong background in SQL query writing, creation of dashboards/reports in PowerBI, strong experience with creating data models and have great communication skills. This team/company does not have a standard playbook and will need someone to come in and really help the team build out the reports as well as the documentation and requirements gathering pieces. This candidate should have good experience with communicating with business stakeholders as well.
