Role - IT Systems Engineer IV Location - Richfield MN/Atlanta GA/Seattle WA/Boston MA - Hybrid role/for local fully remote Duration - 6 months contract with extension Interview Process Overview: 2 3 rounds of technical interviews over the phone/MS Teams Project Description: Migration of a contact center platform from legacy contact center technology to cloud based solutions. Position Summary/Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with experience in enterprise contact center solutions/technologies. Ideal candidate will have deep understanding of legacy contact center platforms like Cisco, Avaya or Genesys, along with the thirst/mentality to solve day-to-day contact center operational problems in call routing, building tools to improve agent/workforce manager experiences, reporting and troubleshooting. Experience in any of the top cloud solutions (AWS, Azure or P) Proficient in at least one of ReactJS, JavaScript or TypeScript. Have experience in building systems in any language and love learning. An expert in building and utilizing JSON data sources. Ability to write code for integrating applications with APIs/Webservices with complex authentication and processing requirements. Skills Overview: What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job 7+ years of software development experience Cisco/Avaya/Genesys Contact Center solutions Minimum 5 years Cloud Contact Center Solutions - Minimum 2 years ReactJS/JavaScript/TypeScript Minimum 3 years What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for Experience with Twilio Contact Center Implementation is highly preferred.
