GCP & Retail exposure is needed. Scrum master with experience in data analytics projects. GCP & Retail exposure is needed. Experience in working with technical and functional resources and following Agile/SAFe software development methodologies and tools. Lead agile scrum ceremonies, stories backlog, prioritization Lead teams to be on schedule, and meet code quality standards. Exhibit strong technical skills and the ability to grasp new concepts and help lead team design discussions on strategic roadmaps. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Enable teams to be successful by resolving issues on the ground both technical and non technical. Collaborate and consult with cross functional teams and product managers to drive outcomes and enhance the agile delivery model. Demonstrated budget forecasting for direct and incremental expenses Any Public Cloud platform experience is an added advantage. Previous experience driving process excellence resulting in increasing efficiency and reduced cost Integration best practices with APIs, and platforms and experience of managing PaaS, SaaS products, licensing and cost. Experience with modern development and operational tools - CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk and many other collaborative and reporting tools. Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Public Cloud platforms (Azure) Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels work with diversified & global teams. Experience in change management and operations support. Using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and showing attention to detail. Leading with a positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed.
