Handled database activities like Database refreshes and Performance monitoring Must have excellent Analytical ability, Troubleshooting and Problem-solving ability along with excellent written, communication, and documentation skills Good-to-Have Knowledge of ADO & ServiceNow Experience with Job scheduling and monitoring tools like Control-M and Peoplesoft Test Frame work Experienced in handling PS Jobs and Sessions.
