This individual will be responsible for planning and executing a change strategy that includes pre-implementation awareness activities, developing appropriate training, and post-implementation. The analyst should be able to identify potential roadblocks during pre-implementation activities, remediate through proper training and change activities, and re-enforce best practices during post-implementation. This individual must be able to: Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project Demonstrate experience with one or more documentation tools to create high quality technical documentation with consistent formatting sample required Create effective communications targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds. -- sample required Create training for self-service(digital) and in-person/ virtual modes of learning sample required Experience in an agile environment -- Recommended, not required. Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office) -- Recommended, not required.
