Duration: Long Term Contract Rate: $52/Hr on C2C Max need passport no. for submission Job Description : Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in a Advance Java/ PL/SQL . Must have experience in Leading the Support team (Min 20 Member). Should possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Should be able to communicate with clients on daily basis and update them on status of work. Should be able to communicate the client requirement, concerns etc. to offshore team. Should be able to handle onshore -offshore collaboration. Should have excellent technical knowledge on Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery. Experience in Server Maintenance and Deployment activity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be able to guide the team technically. Should have experience of ITIL processes.
