The position is within the VITA Enterprise Solutions Directorate and requires a web technologist background with experience in administering enterprise tools. Along with the technology skills, the position will work closely with customers to ensure tools are utilized effectively. The position will interface with web technologists, content creators and other web related roles. The web tools administrator is responsible for delivering the tools and ensuring software currency in the installed base. The position must develop and implement processes to track customers, tool usage and metrics reporting. This position is responsible for security compliance of the enterprise tools. The position will develop reports and presentations to validate delivery, usage and compliance.
