Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Define the product vision. Work closely with engineering to deliver winning products. Collaborate with departments including Marketing, IT, Sales, and Customer Support. Be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, and budget for the product. Role Objectives: Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product. Synthesize customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps, and OKRs. Help create the product roadmap and pursue alignment across business stakeholders. Write clear and concise product definitions. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular progress reporting. Manage the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks. Track and report on project performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in product design, technology, or related field. Strong experience in a dynamic product management role. Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting. Ability to coordinate large-scale efforts across multiple disparate teams. Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels. Ability to create powerful and engaging PowerPoint presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. Flexibility to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic, discourse-driven environment.
