This role works closely and collaboratively with users from all departments and is involved with all aspects of the corporate systems life cycle including design, development, testing and support of the deployed solutions. Candidate must be technically strong previously candidates got rejected due to poor technical screening call *** Must have hands-on recent POS testing experience; will be working in a lab type environment with other QA Testers - At Home is moving to Oracle Xstore astheir new POS platform, so anyone with Oracle retail suite hands-on experienceis a huge plus. Qualifications& Competencies: 7 or more years of experience designing and creating Test Case scenarios, testing software, and validating data. 3 or more years of experience with SQL and stored procedures in various databases (SQL Server, Sybase, DB2). Hands-on experience working in Point-of-Sale lab environments, hardware, and other peripherals such as Pin Pads, scanners, and receipt printers. Expert understanding of the effects of enhancements to downstream systems and processes. Proficient, end-to-end understanding and experience with knowledge of system development life cycles.
