Role : QA Engineer Location : Stamford, Connecticut / hybrid (3 days a week in office)(Need Local) Duration : Long Term MOI : Phone/Skype Visa : No H1B, CPT What youll do The QA Engineer will work with the Trading Systems team focused on front office trade execution and order management systems. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for various applications in trading domains Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and integration testing Work closely with software development and support teams to deliver the high-quality applications in a timely manner Document, and be an advocate of, the best quality assurance practices and testing techniques Provide analysis of test results, documentation, technical specifications, and deliver solutions to problem areas Ensure any new software change will meet business, legal, compliance, and technical requirements Create and execute automated and manual tests cases to determine optimal system performance according to specifications Whats required Experience in software quality assurance engineering and test Experience building and maintaining custom automation frameworks Development experience with background in Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python programming languages and associated testing frameworks Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural environment Experience with capital markets, trading systems, or financial services would be a plus Familiarity with cloud and containerization technologies would be a plus Experience with different transportation layers (gRPC, Kafka, REST, WebSocket, ActiveMQ) would be a plus Best Regards.. ..
