Should have hands on experience of Vulnerability Response modules Should understand how VIT' (Vulnerability Items) gets created in ServiceNow Should have good understanding of Vulnerability Response concepts like Solutions, False Positives, Exceptions etc.. Must have configuration experience of CMDB (configuration Management Data base) Should have configuration experience of Configuration Item look-up rules for VIT assignments. Should have knowledge of Rest and Soap API's Must have worked on Tenable Integration with Service Now. Working Experience of items like, Business Rules, UI pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes ACL's, Client Scripts, Custom Tables etc. Certifications ServiceNow Admin Certificate ServiceNow Sec-ops (VR) Certified Implementation Specialists ITIL Foundation Skills: Must have worked on Tenable Integration with Service Now.
