Knowledge on working of EMR clusters. Prior experience working on upgradation/migration is desirable. Create Test Plans, Test case design, generate test data, execute tests, identify defects and re-validate them once fixed. Understand the SDLC and create relevant documents like test plan, test evidence etc as per customer expectation. Track and report impediments Agile (scrum) experience in live projects Good knowledge of cloud technologies from QA perspective Python based automation knowledge is a plus. Responsibility Should function like a test lead for the QA team while also being hands-on on the work. Responsible for providing optimized QA strategies related to migration from HDP to EMR cluster. Understand the current implementation. Identify re-usable test cases. Devise test data generation strategy Working in collaboration with members of the development and QA team, client SSE and other client stakeholders Immense confidence and ability to see things to completion.
