The role specifically is around the massive amount of documentation that comes in when building a data center. There is a tool that keeps track of all that. However, this person needs to be aware of what docs and info is needed, what those docs relate to, describe to people what docs are needed and how to upload those docs. The type of documentation that requires familiarity is EPA, Native American artifacts discovery, Change Order management, U.S. Material sourcing requirements... Description: This isn't quite a PM role but something adjacent to it. The role specifically is around the massive amount of documentation that comes in when building a data center. However, this person needs to be aware of what docs and info is needed, what those docs relate to, describe to people what docs are needed and how to upload those docs. Someone with an understanding of construction. Not necessarily with data center construction, however an overview of what it takes for data center will help. We dont need help with Data Center aspect of things in construction. We need someone who understands the construction (building/) lifecycle and can pick up the data center side very quickly. Tools used for documentation dissemination is not an issue but understanding the construction lifecycle (including CO- certificate of occupancy), timeline and what documents are needed at what stage is more critical. Ability to review, understand design docs, provide input/feedback are some of the expectations.
