Work with application support teams on remediation of batch failures, understanding tight SLAs are in play. Using appropriate monitoring tools, ensure any delays to batch are dealt with through proper escalations. Provide vendor oversight by escorting vendors into the Data Center for break/fix events and scheduled changes.
