Required: Must have 5+ years of experience. Must have some Product Owner or Product Manager or Project Manager experience. Enterprise level experience is required. Must have end to end experience implementing a product. Communication skills are extremely important for this role (one of the top skills). Preferred: PPM tool implementation experience is a bonus (Clarity is extremely nice to have). This resource will be working on a small team overseeing a Clarity implementation. Currently there are 1,200+ users on Clarity and its expected to grow. Project is slated to go to the end of the year; needs budget approved to go beyond that. No guarantees it will extend into 2024. Pharmaceutical experience is not important for this role. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience; in product management, project management, process improvement, business systems analysis, software development or deployment, with experience managing projects Proven ability to communicate and deliver results, actions, decisions, and concerns with little direction or supervision in a timely manner Demonstrated success as a collaborative team player; broad, diverse, cross-functional or cross-divisional experience, and ability to facilitate formal and ad hoc team meetings and build consensus and influence change. Practical or data-driven experience with Portfolio Project Management tools, Power BI and or other analytics products. Purpose : As the Sr. IT Product Manager Business of BTS, you will be a key contributor in the establishment of a Product Model for our Project Portfolio Management Tools. The product manager participates throughout the agile process by answering questions as they arise. The Sr. IT Product Manager - PPM Technology Operations emphasizes face-to-face conversations and test cases to promote collaboration and keeps the teams aligned in their focus. The product team will emphasize demonstrable features with our PPM Core Team as the primary measure of tracking progress. This role will establish Product roadmaps and strategy for the PPM Technology Operations team. The successful candidate must have exceptional drive for creating great user experiences. Network and build relationships with other PMOs teams within BTS-BTOs and AbbVie. Establish measures for monitoring success of the Product Lifecycle and making data driven decisions within the context of the PPM toolset.
