Job Title: SAP Order to Cash Functional Consultant Location: Santa Clara, CA. Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Order to Cash Functional Consultant to lead an SAP BTP project. The SAP Order to Cash Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and testing SAP Order to Cash solutions, as well as leading the project team to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Order to Cash processes, as well as experience in leading SAP projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Order to Cash solutions on SAP BTP. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP Order to Cash solutions. Configure SAP Order to Cash modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable (AR). Develop and execute test plans to ensure system stability and data integrity. Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to support end-user adoption of SAP Order to Cash solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash business processes and solutions. Experience with communicating and presenting ideas and strategy to senior leadership Strong knowledge of SAP Order to Cash modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable (AR). Experience with SAP BTP, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory, and SAP Fiori Strong configuration and testing skills in SAP Order to Cash modules. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and project team members Ability to lead and mentor project team members to ensure project success. Experience in leading SAP projects is preferred Experience leading functional design work for multiple projects Skills: 1. Explain and communicate the design / development to the customer 2. Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications 3. Break down complex problems into logical components 4. Estimate effort, time, and resources required for developing / debugging features / components 5. Perform and evaluate test in the customer or target environment 6. Make quick decisions on technical/project related challenges 7. Manage a team, mentor and handle people related issues in team 8. The ability to maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics in the team. 9. Interface with other teams, designers, and other parallel practices 10. Set goals for self and team. Provide feedback for team members 11. Create and articulate impactful technical presentations 12. Follow high level of business etiquette in emails and other business communication 13. Drive conference calls with customers and answer customer questions 14. Proactively ask for and offer help 15. Ability to work under pressure, determine dependencies, risks, facilitate planning and handle multiple tasks. 16. Build confidence with customers by meeting the deliverables on time with quality. 17.
