Work directly with customers to design, build, test and deploy system configurations in the HCM area (functional areas like Core HCM, Absence & Leave, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, etc. are highly preferred)

Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration.

Experience of reporting in a complex environment, preferably for multiple business lines/geographies and HR data
