Ideal candidate/background: Worked with Systems integration a lot of this role relies on sourcing data from various systems (could be mainframe, or access by API or webservices) multiple sources they are sourcing from and into an Oracle database. Find the source/location/mechanics of how they would get the data then the developer runs with it from there. A lot of data work relational database background they use Oracle ideally Oracle database experience but any SQL experience is nice to have Data retrieval tool experience just have to understand the principles when writing the used cases Jicata (Screen scraping platform), Oracle Service Bus SAFe Agile environment most of the work flows on a quarterly basis, there might be other release work/enhancements Typical Day Daily stand ups will attend, input stories for the iteration, work those stories Working with the inter-workings of the program Experience with mainframe is nice to have might have to verify screens are as defined BAs will do the requirements gathering then give to the Systems Analyst usually the S.A. is able to help out with requirements gathering so need someone comfortable with it Able to parse XML INTERVIEWS - 1. Screen with Dean 2. Tech interview with team what tools have you used, personality assessment, how do you communicate with the team Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates feature test strategies and environment needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements. Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement. Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs. Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 3 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Certifications preferred. Required Skills: Medicare knowledge or health insurance knowledge is a must have. Technical knowledge of web services, APIs, etc. is needed at this is a technical integration role. Use case development and writing. Understanding or experience with Medicare claims systems, is preferred. Good communication skills, writing skills.
