Job Title : RSA ARCHER DEVELOPER Location : Kansas City Work Arrangement :: Hybrid : Description: Senior RSA Archer Developer to augment internal resources in building and maintaining new and existing applications and processes within our RSA Archer SaaS instance. As a contract consultant, this role will work independently and in collaboration UMB Archer Developers to develop and maintain applications, workflows, workspaces, dashboards, reports and questionnaires in the RSA Archer Platform. This associate will be responsible for management and configuration of new and existing GRC and business applications; managing and collaborating with business partners on the design, functionality, workflow, user access and presentation of solutions. Other duties may include: Incorporating basic to advanced features of the development environment using calculations, data-driven events, custom objects, data feed service configurations and the application programming interface (API) in the solution design. Developing case documentation, working with technical resources to document system design and providing technical support for associates using the platform. Providing subject matter expertise for the development and management of Archerapplications, system management, version upgrades and change management. Serving as the Point of Contact with vendor and UMB infrastructure teams as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. Supporting the development and enforcement of Company policies and Archer Standards within the solution as it relates to data security and access controls, data governance and change control. Identifying and promoting opportunities to standardize, reuse, and optimize GRC applications, processes and data across business units and programs. Other duties as assigned.
