No exceptions. Prefer minimum of 8. SQL: higher end knowledge. Must have significant experience of how member information is stored in QNXT. Member demographics and enrollment, PCP, capitation, COB (TPL). Must understand attribute configuration. Must be able to create a data mapping (member centric data) from scratch off an existing file. Create and execute test cases and scenarios. Must be able to create documentation (BRDs, process flows, testing documents). Basic knowledge of EDI 834s. Knowledge of the information needed for FTP transfers. Ability to read SSIS packages is very useful, but not required. Business Knowledge Medium knowledge on health care claims payment in general and the information needed to support paying a claim. In depth knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare Advantage lines of business, with emphasis on Medicaid. Commercial knowledge is useful but not required. Experience supporting government customers (state government for Medicaid, CMS for Medicare). Ability to interpret government documents dealing with data exchange. Experience in working with outside vendors commonly used by claims payment systems to import/export member information. Wipro, Kaiser, HMS (purchased by Gainwell). Soft Skills Ability to work with strong minded people and people at very difference places in their career paths. Ability to effectively work in a rapid paced environment. Agile/scrum methodology a must. Scrum master training very helpful. Solid understanding of the BSA role and the ability to keep to it. This position is a 50/50 mix of technical and business side work. Desire to work with the group to advance it to the next level of performance.
