Job Title Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Specialist Work Arrangement :: Remote ////TN Role and Responsibilities: As an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Specialist, you will contribute to the configuration, customization, and support of Oracle EBS R12, particularly focusing on Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Payroll. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with customers and external partners to gather requirements and design tailored solutions. Develop EBS customizations, extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms customization, Reports, and Oracle Workflow. Utilize your proficiency in writing ad-hoc SQL queries and scripting code, with optional Java coding skills. Customize Oracle Workflow functionality to support approval management. Lead requirement gathering sessions, define solution sets, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist in Sysadmin support for day-to-day operations in the R12.2 environment. Leverage your experience with Oracle Financials and Procure to Pay processes in the R12.2 environment. Utilize your expertise with Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Payroll modules within EBS HRMS. Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to both IT and business staff. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 configuration, customization, and support. Strong background in developing EBS customizations, extensions, modifications, and integrations using PL/SQL (12 years). Proficiency in writing ad-hoc SQL queries and scripting (12 years). Familiarity with Oracle Workflow customization for approval management (12 years). Strong ability to lead requirement gathering sessions, define solutions, and communicate effectively. Experience with Java coding is a plus but not required. Desired: Experience with Oracle Financials and Procure to Pay processes (R12.2). Expertise with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Payroll modules (R12.2.2) within EBS HRMS. Knowledge of self-service applications within HR is a strong plus.
