The Worker may be responsible for the following Acts as Technical Lead and/or may supervise the work of others. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Leads systems design efforts, defines end-to-end architectures, and manages research studies to analyze and develop business solutions to system issues, system recommendations and plan implementations. Analyze and elicit business requirements, translate them into business architecture capabilities and map them to technical architecture capabilities Define and Develop low-level design documents Contribute to and follow software engineering best practices to create robust and standardized solutions Work closely with Business Analysis and Project Management in executing the assigned development work Participate in design and development activities for existing and new components Perform full stack development including Database, Services, Web Applications, and Front-end development by utilizing various versions of programming languages and frameworks Write scalable and high available code by following the design principles and software engineering best practices Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, test case automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment Identify, investigate, and resolve production problems in a timely manner, based on the priority. Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflows and deliverables. Familiarity and exposure to other architecture domains. 10 Required Experience managing or leading major technology implementations. 10 Required Experience with system and enterprise application architecture, integration, implementation, and administration. 10 Required Hand-on development of prototypes and proof of concepts. 10 Required Hands-on experience in writing code with Java back-end development technology using technologies such as SOAP development, REST development, Spring Boot, Drools, Redis, Spring Data, Hibernate, & Spring Security with third-party Identity Provider integrati 10 Required Professional experience in software engineering, Java, with an understanding of code management and source code management in a DevOps pipeline context. 10 Required Knowledge in planning, recommending, and managing IT Enterprise architecture frameworks and technology strategic planning. 10 Required Skills in technical analysis, critical analysis, decision making, problem solving and ability to think and act strategically and proactively 10 Required Ability to develop recommendations and presentations suited for various levels of leadership and decision makers 10 Required Analyzing customer service requirements and designing service solutions to meet those objectives 10 Required Subject Matter Expert for technical services, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations 8 Required Experience in creating Technical Documentation including Design Documents, Standards, and Configuration Plans containing UML, BPMN diagrams in Visio, PowerPoint or other design tools. 5 Required Hands-on experience in writing code with front-end development technology including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript Framework, Bootstrap 3 or 4, Angular, NodeJS, Git 5 Required Expert in one or more of Angular Framework, Spring Boot, AJAX, Bootstrap (3 or 4), JavaScript framework, NPM. 4 Required Working knowledge of data warehouse end-to-end implementation processes, from business requirement logical modeling, physical database design, ETL, end-user tools, database, SQL, performance tuning 3 Required Experience with user journey mapping, story boarding, creating mockups and wireframes, application usability design, fast prototyping, and proof-of-concept development 3 Required Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading development activities, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced developers 3 Required Expert in Responsive and Progressive Web Application Development 3 Required Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications in WebSphere Liberty or another container friendly Java Application Server. 5 Preferred Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD processes and DevOps tools like Ant, Maven, SVN.
