What is the position This US based remote Data Business Analyst will support a high-profile client. Required Skills: At least five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst with database experience. Previous experience in data analytics reporting using tools like Tableau, Qlik or similar reporting tools. Strong capabilities using Visio, Excel, and SQL Query tools; must be able to write queries and analyze stored procedures At least three (3) years of experience with AWS Redshift, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database platform Solid experience with writing functional and technical requirements Strong capabilities understanding data models and rules as related to supporting business and functional requirements Solid experience on Data analytics, warehouse, and BI projects Must have experience with Jira and Confluence Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related course of study required or equivalent work experience Responsibilities: Define business and functional requirements for various contact center data analytics projects. Effectively collaborate with the business stakeholder to drive priority while ensuring the value of key data features is captured. Drive the data product vision and ensure data features are delivered per the business requirements and defined data quality Set up and facilitate requirements and design sessions coordinating with internal business stakeholders, development teams and external partners. Create presentations and documents to define product solution designs. Perform data analysis leveraging SQL, enterprise data warehouse & various analytics tools to identify new data opportunities, or anomalies that refines the data product features. Collaborate with data engineering, development, quality, and operations team to ensure data product is developed with required automation and data integrity Track and drive approval of requirements and design documents. Co-ordinate with business stakeholder group to conduct user acceptance test and ensure the data product is thoroughly validated against all excepted success criteria. Understand interdependencies between the project teams and activities and provide input on priorities, dependencies, tasks/effort required, and risks. Support the projects broader vision, goals, and objectives. Preferred Experience: Any experience with Contact Center Analytics would be highly desired.
