Strong system administration experience in Windows and Linux environments. Experience with automation using an established framework (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.). Strong technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards. Able to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation. Experience documenting and maintaining configuration item information in ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms to support IT Asset Management functions. Experience in public cloud environments, including AWS and/or Azure. Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes. Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field combined with experience. Need at least 10+ years of IT Experience AWS Certified (MUST UPLOAD CERTIFICATION). Experience in AWS. Experience as a System Administrator. Experience in public cloud environments, including AWS and/or Azure. Experience with automation using an established framework (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.). Strong system administration experience in Windows and Linux environments.
