Requirement details : Title : Database Developer/Data Engineer Location : REMOTE Duration : Contract Technical Skills & Knowledge: Primary Skills : Database Developer, EBS, ETL Responsibilities : Data Engineer who would be working on Database Design, Data Modelling, ETL pipeline, Data Migration, we would be working on migrating Prescription data from Oracle ERP to Prescription processing application. Understand existing data model of Oracle E-Business Suite application (R12.2.4) (both oracle and custom) and create target data models for cloud applications as part of modernization efforts Documentation of existing and future state data structures for application and reporting needs Collaborate and review new data models with application architects, application teams and leadership for execution Create data migration strategy for migrating historical data from legacy Oracle E-Business Suite to new database incorporating Industry best practices Evaluate data migration tools for migrating legacy data to new database Design and development of solution for extraction, transformation and loading of data in new database Create transition state data strategy for dual system (transition state) Create data retention and archiving strategy for new database Review, evaluates and communicates appropriateness of Database design and Modeling techniques and results to team, leadership, and stakeholders.
