Title - Pega Devops Engineer Location - Dallas, TX Duration - Long Term Job Description Must have CSA and CSSA YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and manage AWS infrastructure used to host PEGA Install PEGA and associated enhancements/releases, on the AWS infrastructure Participate in the Software Development activities of the scrum team by helping with integration of AWS to PEGA Platform Lead the PEGA REST API endpoint integration to AWS services. Develop understanding of the PEGA Platform with an eye on continuously automating delivery related tasks Lead the effort on AAA (Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) by leveraging native AWS solutions Analyze performance of the AWS PEGA environments and recommend improvements where needed Profile performance and plan capacity of PEGA Platform Lead the effort to containerize PEGA Platform Respond to alerts and quickly triage problems and work with the team to resolve issues. Requirements: 3+ years of Software Development experience Bachelors degree in CS or related preferred 3+ Experience with AWS Cloud Platform, specifically VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda Load Balancer, Reverse Proxy, API Gateway, Docker, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, SES Experience with at least one programming language from Python, C#, Java etc. Advanced skills in Linux and shell scripting 3 + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools like Jenkins, Code Build, Code Deploy etc. 2 + Proficiency in development of REST APIs, microservices etc. 3 + Familiarity with Infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible etc. Experience working with user authentication/authorization solutions such as Okta, Cognito etc. 2 + Fluent with GIT version control and associated branching models.
