L&A and or financials industry experience. PM 101 competencies: Understand all 3 methodologies Waterfall/Iterative/Agile and the Phases/process s with in them to execute/deliver projects Ability to develop project schedules working with Project team with defining dependencies across resources and teams to define the critical path. (using MS project) PCRP (Project Control and Reporting) demonstrate ability to effectively manage Issue/Risks/Action items/Decision/Change logs Update weekly project status to deliver to all level of stake holders Track project schedule tasks against baselined plan Financial services experience, preferably life insurance and annuity.
