The TPM will be responsible for engaging the relevant teams and stakeholders, help build the scope of work, create and manage project plans with milestones, manage risks and blockers across the project and work with Product Managers and Tech Leads to deliver on the project milestones Qualifications: Valid Programme and Project Management Qualification - MSP, PMP or equivalent Agile Delivery Qualification PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent Key Skills: 5 years of demonstrable experience leading complex digital transformation and business change programs Accomplished practitioner in project and programme management with an excellent understanding of the methodologies and techniques involved Experience in value assessment, business case development, procurement practices, budgeting, resource allocation and risk assessment Demonstrable experience in deploying Lean/Agile practices at scale Experience working in a Product based environment coordinating Product roadmaps, delivery, adoption, and service quality with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Delivery Managers. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, including managing global distributed teams in a matrix organization, and performance management of third parties Ability to network and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite governance.
