Job Title: SUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with technical background and excellent communication skills. A good grasp on Design and Development of IVR technology in the Telecomm sphere and Backend APIs will be added advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the IT department and business clients to understand and document their requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization. Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and ensure that the solution meets the acceptance criteria. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within the budget. Work with Backend API teams to develop efficient and scalable APIs that meet business requirements. Required Skills/Abilities Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Telecom or CRM. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Familiarity with Backend API architecture, design, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and API Gateway. Working experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
