Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the NYCT This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation. 2 Version 5/12/23 RESPONSIBILITIES Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review Create and maintain an accurate project schedule Partner with Subways SMEs to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports Describe the type of work consultant: Desk work only Technical design, configuration and specifications documentation System configuration and administration Training development and delivery QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project Excellent oral and written communication skills In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed Keywords: New York http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=601997&uid= |
