Good knowledge of Salesforce commerce cloud-SFCC (business manager) Extensive knowledge of eCommerce (browse) Position 2: BA with SFCC-Business Manager / Page Designer Develop business analysis artifacts (use cases,customer journeys, business models.etc) to document "as-is" and "to-be" requirements. Good knowledge of Salesforce commerce cloud -SFCC/Demandware (business manager,page designer) Great understanding of content creation and publication on the website (content asset,content slots etc) Knowledge of PIM systems Position 3: BA with SFCC-eCommerce (browse/Check out) Develop Business analysis artifacts (use cases,Customer journeys,business models,etc) to document "as-is" and "to-be" requirements. Good knowledge of Salesforce commerce cloud-SFCC/Demandware (business manager) Extensive knowledge of eCommerce (browse/Check out) Business analyst and practical knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud/E-commerce/Retail Experience in documenting and analyzing system integration solutions Experience in generating ideas for change and improvement strategies of the project and processes. Gather & document customer requirements, map them to platform capabilities and build solution architecture. Collect Software Requirements, including writing use cases, constructing workflow charts, and diagrams.
